Gatorz Warranty Policies

Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses will be warranted by Gatorz Eyewear to the original purchaser against any defect in materials or workmanship for two years on frames and one year on lenses from the date of purchase.  Rimless line (Envy, Edge and Competitor) is covered for one year.  Acetate and Titanium styles are covered for 30 days. (Seconds are not covered under the two year warranty but can utilize the Lifetime Rebuild Agreement) Gatorz will repair or replace, at their option, any pair of Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses found to be defective. Gatorz Limited warranty program does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. Product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. All repairs will generally be completed within 2-3 working days and then returned via UPS Ground. International Shipping may vary. A cost to cover shipping expenses will apply.

LIFETIME REBUILD AGREEMENT:

This agreement applies to any owner for the Aluminum Line of Gatorz Eyewear for the Lifetime of Your Sunglasses. After the first two years of purchase or for those who do not have a receipt within the first two years of purchase, Gatorz provides options to rebuild and precision tune each and every part of your Sunglasses to the Quality and standards that originally went into your Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses. You will enjoy many years of the best quality Sunglasses on the market today. All repairs will generally be completed within 2-3 working days and then returned via UPS Ground. International Shipping may vary.

Lens Replacement only: $35.00

Add Photochromic Lens: $45.00

Add Polarized Lens: $60.00- Allow 10 business days turnaround time for Polarized.

 

Full Rebuild: $49.95

ENVY, EDGE, COMPETITOR APPLIES TO FULL 49.95 REBUILD COST ONLY.

ACETATES AND TITANIUM STYLES ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL REBUILD OPTIONS.

Discontinued frames can be exchanged for a 49.95 credit toward the cost of a new frame.

Warranty Shipping within the Continental U.S. add $9.00 UPS Ground. (International rates vary).

HOW TO SEND IN A WARRANTY CLAIM:
Pack your eyewear in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery. Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Your name, return address, and telephone number where you can be reached Monday Thru Friday 8:00AM PST - 4:30PM PST.

 

Your credit card number including expiration date and 3 digit security code on back of card; or a Money Order for the exact amount of service desired including shipping & handling charges.

(ex. Lens replacement - $35.00 + (8.75% CA sales tax - $3.06) + $9.00 = $47.06)
