I already let y'all know

The pouch is already coming apart at the seams along the bottom portion. I sent a message to the Gatorz Customer Service Dept. a while ago regarding this issue and the response I got back was "sorry you had a problem", now go pound sand. I'm very glad your customer service department feels sorry for me, but I'd rather have a replacement pouch that's not open at the bottom. Thanks, again.
