Great product however, I got stung with a £52 customs and tax charge before they'd deliver. Plus Parcel Force charged me a £12 handling fee! Cheaper to purchase in the UK. Parcel Force are a complete rip off!!!

customer service ******. the glasses fit very well and close to my face. I got Wraptor ANSI clear glasses. they seem to scratch easier then I was expecting, but other then that I love them. I also bought have a pair or octane sunglasses witch I really like as well. product 95% satisfied customer support 35% satisfied Didn't feel I needed the shipping ins. but wasn't mad about the few bucks it cost.

Not really what I bought in terms of the "Route Shipping". Really didn't know until this moment that it was insurance. I was unclear then and I am still am. If you're asking about the Gatorz, I absolutely love them. Gotta be honest I am confused about this request.

I love them, the only glasses I wear. I have had 4 pairs now. Unfortunately, the last pair I just bought were taken off my pack. I was in Peru and set my pack down to take some pictures. When I went to get my glasses they had disappeared off my pack. I bought a pair of Oakley's to replace them. I cant say they are bad but nothing even close to my Gatorz. I hope that I can a replacement pair soon.

It’s insurance, you never know the value and/or if it was worth it until you need it. Didn’t need it, glasses arrived undamaged, so that makes it difficult to accurately rate the service.
