Tighten the Fit
If your frame feels too wide, begin to bend the frame in small increments. Face the lens towards your chest, and place your thumbs on the edge of where the lens meets the bend in the frame. Firmly but gently, make small pulses to adjust the frame inward. Try them on, and continue to adjust as needed.
Loosen the Fit
If the frame feels too tight, again face the lens towards your chest, with your thumbs at the edge of the lens, and pull gently outward in small movements.

Loosen the Fit
After wearing your Gatorz for a few hours, you will notice if the temples are providing a comfortable fit. If they are placing pressure on your head, hold firmly at the base of the temple and pull the end outwards with repetitive pulses. After adjusting both sides, try them on and determine if you need to make any more adjustments. You may need to wear them for several hours to determine if you’ve found the right fit.
Tighten the Fit
If the template feel too loose, place your hands as you would for a temple adjustment and pulse the end inwards until you feel you’ve reached the right placement. Try them on and wear them to determine if any further adjustments are needed.
Nosepiece
Raise Glasses Closer to your Face
If you feel like they’re sliding down too easily, pinch the nosepiece closer together. When making any adjustments to the glasses, we recommend making small changes, rather than big adjustments. This will help you move easily into the right fit without overdoing it.
Separate Glasses from your Face
Start by placing the glasses on your face. If they’re sitting too close to your eyes, pull the nosepiece away from the frame. Keep in mind, most Gatorz offer a wrap style fit, so they may take a little getting used to.

the transition is on the lighter shade, definitely perfect for shooting but for every day they are not dark enough imo. if the sun is not directly hitting them they go clear so if its bright out but the sun is to your back they are pretty much clear.

This is my 4th pair of Gatorz over the past 15 years or so. I had 2 pairs issued to me in the military, and this is my second pair that I have bought. All of my other Gatorz have been great, so I decided to go with them again. So far everything has been great. The only thing I would like is for the lenses to be darker and have a polarized option for the Z87.1 model. My last pair of polarized lenses were darker, and work better for me out here in sunny AZ.

I like the glasses but, I took them out of the box for one range day with my unit and the scuffed and now have a spot on the lens. Not a terrible scuff but it is noticeable when I have them on and it drives me crazy. These glases cost alot and for them scuff while setting in my hat and bot even scuffing while wearing.

Used my new Specter shooting glasses this past weekend. They really reduce the glare, which helped me see the target more clearly. This is my fourth pair of Gatorz and I think the Specter may be my favorite style. These are top quality glasses and pretty much all I wear. The ammo can case is pretty cool too!

Solid frames. Got them for my daily safety glasses. Scuffed them within a week, guess I'll wait til they get worse since you have to send them in to be replaced. Good looking glasses. Wish these were offered in fde with brown lenses as they are easier on my eyes and help with color perception.

This was my first time purchasing a pair of Gatorz sunglasses. I’m a big fan of premium sunglasses and I’ve owned several pairs of Oakley’s, Costa’s, etc. in the past. I’ve been kind of disappointed in the quality of those brands lately so I took a chance on buying a pair of these. I absolutely love them! They feel incredibly durable due to their metal frame. I love how you can mold them to fit your individual head better. The lenses are great and very good quality as well. I work security and I’ve worn these for prolonged periods of time outside and they never got uncomfortable or hurt my face or ears like some other brands have. I can’t recommend these sunglasses highly enough and I’ll definitely be getting another pair of Gatorz in the future!
