Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
You will receive an email with an invoice when your order has been shipped. Orders placed by 11 o’clock PST will be shipped the same day. Please note that shipping is CLOSED Friday-Sunday.

 

Returns/Exchanges:
Sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date if it meets Gatorz Quality Control standard. All returns must be processed directly through our Gatorz Return Department. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number so that you can return the item. To request a Return Authorization Number, simply email returns@gatorz.com and include your name, email, contact number, and order number.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind: (1) All items will undergo quality checks and must be returned in new, unused condition. ALL product packaging materials must be returned with your item(s). (2) We do not cover postage expense on return items unless under special circumstances.

We do not process exchanges. If you wish to return an item so that you can receive an alternative one, please follow the above steps and place a new order on www.gatorz.com
