SHIPPING

You will receive an email order confirmation when your order ships. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Please note that there is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Shipping times are estimates and Gatorz is not responsible for carrier delays in deliveries that go outside the estimated times. Please double check your shipping address before ordering as packages cannot be rerouted once shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

US SHIPPING

  • USPS First Class (estimated 3-7 business days) - FREE for orders $100 or more in Continental US

  • USPS Priority (estimated 3-5 business days) - $8.99
  • UPS Expedited Options - Dependent on location. Rates will be provided during checkout.

*Orders placed after 2pm Arizona time will go out the next day

*UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless option selected

    *APO/FPO destinations must use USPS and may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    International shipping rates are based on product and location.  Rates will be provided during checkout. GATORZ is not responsible for customer destination duties, taxes  or customs charges for release.

    SHIPPING PROTECTION

    Shipping Protection will cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments from our warehouse in Yuma, Arizona to the original shipping destination address. Shipping Protection does not cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments to customers second destination shipping. GATORZ cannot protect against hotel destination or shipment forwarding service shipments that are lost or stolen. For international orders outside the USA, shipping protection charges do not include customer destination duties, taxes  or customs charges for release. Claims must be submitted within 30 day of original order date.


     

    30 DAY RETURN POLICY
    If for any reason, you are not totally happy and fully satisfied with our products, all GATORZ products bought on gatorz.com, excluding final sale items, can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note prescription sales and lens replacements are final sale.

    RETURNS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

    Send your item(s) back to us with the shipping label that we'll provide for purchases within the United States.

    The return shipping fee is $7.50.  We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

    For orders placed outside the United States Gatorz is unable to provide return shipping labels. International customers will be responsible for putting returns in the mail and obtaining a tracking number.

    When an order is returned, you will receive a refund for purchase, initial duties and taxes, but not for your shipping costs.
