All returns are handled with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with them.
How do I process an exchange?
All items are eligible for either a refund or store credit as long as they are returned within 30 days and in unworn, new condition. If you submit your return and opt for store credit, a digital gift card will be issued to you once we receive your return. If you would prefer a refund, a $7.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount and the refund will be applied to your original form of payment within 3-5 days of receiving your return.
What items are eligible to be returned?
All products must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition, returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories to be considered for a refund or exchange. Gatorz will accept returns on items purchased from Gatorz.com only. For returns on products purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact the dealer direct. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How long do I have to return an item I bought?
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our products, all Gatorz merchandise, bought on gatorz.com, can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
