Do you need to return or exchange the items you ordered? With us you can do it easily and quickly. Here is how:
- Have your order number ready.
- Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen.
- You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
- Take your return to any of the 32,000 US drop-off locations.
- Look for updates, as we’ll send keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
- We’ll deduct $5.95 from your refund to cover shipping costs.

|How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought?||If for any reason, you are not totally happy and fully satisfied with our products, ALL Gatorz sunglasses, bought on gatorz.com, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.|
|Limitations on returning items||
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with them.
Once we received your product, we will provide you with a full credit refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used in your purchase (eg. refund back to same credit card used).
We do not process exchanges. If you wish to return an item so that you can receive an alternative one, please follow the above steps and place a new order on www.gatorz.com
