Warranty and Replacements:
From the date of purchase and with receipt, GATORZ provides a two year warranty for aluminum sunglasses. This warranty covers breakage and defects due to material and/or workmanship. GATORZ will repair or replace any current style that is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.
For Lens Replacement Service: Please visit us at www.gatorzservice.com. For a nominal fee, and on most of our products, Gatorz offers a lens replacement and product repair / rebuild service. Please note that it takes between 2-3 weeks for lens replacements to be processed and shipped back to customers from the time we receive the sunglasses. For a
Packages and returns without a valid RA# on the outside of the package will be refused by our receiving department and returned to you.

Sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date if it meets Gatorz Quality Control standard. All returns must be processed directly through our Gatorz Return Department. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number so that you can return the item. To request a Return Authorization Number, simply email email@example.com and include your name, email, contact number, and order number.
NOTES ABOUT RETURNS
Please keep the following guidelines in mind: (1) All items will undergo quality checks and must be returned in new, unused condition. ALL product packaging materials must be returned with your item(s). (2) We do not cover postage expense on return items unless under special circumstances.
We do not process exchanges. If you wish to return an item so that you can receive an alternative one, please follow the above steps and place a new order on www.gatorz.com
You will receive an email with an invoice when your order has been shipped. Orders placed by 11 o’clock PST will be shipped the same day. Please note that shipping is CLOSED Friday-Sunday.
