Lifetime Limited Warranty
GATORZ hand crafted, American Made sunglass frames are warranteed against defects due to materials or workmanship. Our frames are made from aircraft quality, military grade aluminum and stainless steel components. GATORZ will repair or replace - with an identical or reasonably equivalent style at our discretion - any frame that is deemed to possess a materials or manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the frame. This warranty is void if the original lenses or frames are altered by the consumer, run over by a tank, recovered from the bottom of the ocean, thrown out of plane or other unreasonable use.
One Year Limited Warranty
For everything outside of our Lifetime Limited Warranty, loss of hinge-screws, nose pieces, and nose piece screws will be repaired or replaced for the 1st year after the purchase of your GATORZ eyewear.
Lens Replacement and parts
Scratched lenses, which occurs during normal use, are not covered by our Lifetime Limited or One Year Limited Warranties. In this case, we have developed a repair program through which new lenses can be replaced and your GATORZ frames reconditioned (see repair policy and instructions). Replacement parts and maintenance kits can be purchased on the GATORZ website.
For Lens Replacement Service:
Please visit us at www.gatorzservice.com, for a nominal fee, GATORZ offers a lens replacement and product repair/rebuild service on most of our products. Please note that it takes between 4-6 weeks for lens replacements to be processed and shipped back to customers from the time we receive the sunglasses.
Packages and returns without a valid RA# on the outside of the package will be refused by our receiving department and returned to you.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason, you are not totally happy and fully satisfied with our products, All GATORZ products, bought on gatorz.com, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
We do not process exchanges. If you wish to return an item so that you can receive an alternative one, please follow the above steps and place a new order on www.gatorz.com.
You will receive an email with an invoice when your order has been shipped. Please note that there is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
